who is chef toco?
I am a professional chef with 11 years in the culinary world. I studied at the European Center in Curitiba (Brazil) in 2008 and opened my first restaurant at the same time. My restaurant received one of the most important awards in Brazil related to Brazilian Cuisine. After 3 years I sold my restaurant and started to work as Chef in one of the most important European restaurants in Brazil named Durski. At this company, we received 4 national awards.
I also have experience creating menus for different kind of events as retreats, weddings, birthdays and meetings.

Chef Toco allows clients to reserve the services of a private chef in San Diego. The client makes a request with all the details of the event, and Chef Toco send his suggestions for a menu. When the client reserves the menu, Chef Toco charges 100% of the service.

This includes shopping, cooking, setting the table and cleaning up afterwards.

Any additional service (extra drinks, extra waiters, cutlery…) will be billed separately.

When you have chosen a menu you like, you can reserve it.
Of course you can. If you have any questions about the dishes, preparation time, arrival time, the necessary utensils etc, simply send a message through the online chat which is applicable for every profile and proposal.
When the client cancels a reservation they can ask for a coupon with no expiration date to make a new reservation for the following amount:
- Reservation canceled up to 30 days before the reservation time: the entire value of the reservation will be returned *
- Reservation canceled between 7 and 30 days before the reservation: 50% of the reservation value will be returned *
- Reservation canceled less than 7 days before the reservation time: there will be no refunds *
